Meditation is about positivity, about training your mind to create awareness and a healthy sense of perspective. During meditation, you’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You will learn to observe them without judgment. Eventually you may start to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and perspective on life. Meditation creates inner peace. This class is 1 – 1.5 hours. The vibe that generates through meditation creates a safe and sacred space to connect with our higher selves. During each class we
will pray and speculate on different aspects of self healing.
